June 03 想太多最近遇到太多的事,觉得身心俱疲,看到Jennifer的blog,深得我心,特别转发在此。
世上本无事, 想得多了,便有了事.
很难理解为什么有如此多的人高瞻远瞩,居高临下,认为自己更加高明.
原来太诚实了也是错。
暴露自己的思想是危险的. 尤其在他人认为你还不具备独立思考的资格的时候.
诚实是好的,人人都是平等的,但有些人更有资格拥有这种坦诚的权利。 得到的教训是:如果别人不认为你的想法和他们的同样有价值,就让他们以为你和他们想的完全一样好了。不然就装赖皮。这样能省掉太多的麻烦, 还有, 电话费. =,=
我知道错了行不? 从此练习撒起谎来眼也不眨的超能力。
老人家们慢慢思考去吧, 我尊重你们所说的每一个字, 但保留自己的决定权和行动权, 以及主权神圣不可侵犯.

February 22 "体校”Loughborough说是体校,其实这只是Patrick同学的戏言。其实拉大是全英综合排名第十的一所历史悠久的综合大学,不过这所学校是以 Sports 和 Media 两个学科而著名的。据Patrick说,拉大拥有全英国最大的campus。(这是Patrick说的,错了,别来骂我
走在校园里,标志着人类文明的建筑物没看到几幢,满眼的全是成片,成片的草皮,用于不同球类的球场真的是so 多,迎面走过来的男男女女,无论中国人还是那帮子鬼佬,一律球鞋,球袜,运动短裤的打扮,手里拿的不是足球,就是球拍,球棍之类的物件。Patrick 很是有些无奈的说,在拉大里背着书包,怀里抱着书,穿着斯文地去business school上课,感觉自己特别“另类”。

December 13 CheeseEdam Cheese , which is made from skimmed milk, has a fat content of 40% in the dry matter.
However, Gouda Cheese has a fat content of at least 48% in the dry matter, which is the legal requirement for Gouda Cheese.
The cheesemaking process on the farm and in the creamery is basically the same. The major difference between farm and creamery cheese is their staarting ingredients, the milk. On the farm, raw milk, which is the cooled milk of the previous evening and the milk, still warm from the morning's milking, is the basis. At the creamery, the milk is first pasteurised, which means that it is heated to a temperature of about 65 degrees Celcius for fifteen seconds thus eliminating any bacteria.
Then second difference is that the milk is standardized, in other words the fat content of the milk is constant. On the farm the fat content may vary.
A third difference between farm and creamery is that on the farms cheese making is still a craft and made by hand. Cheese making in the creamery is a highly automated production process, during which the cheese is not handled. |
